Request you to please suggest here one case whether any traveller of Railway and his mobile is property of public or his personal
If its personal then RPF can check it or not without permission
If yes then any wrong video clips found then is any validity to make fine or physical detenshion by the RPF or any police person
If no then on daily basis many of the cases happen for bribe of 100-500 with out any fine slip
personal detenshion happen to the travellors what to take action against that
