How to deal with the third party information is defined under section 11 of RTI Act 2005.

Exemption from disclosure of information under clause (j) of sub-section (1) of section 8 of RTI Act 2005, is in case the information is related to personal information and if it is not related to any public interest.

BUT, the information which cannot be denied to Legislative Assembly or Parliament, that cannot be denied to any citizen, since in Assemblies and Parliament the MLAa and MPs themselves are the representatives of citizens.

The First Appellate can be submitted under section 19 (1) of RTI Act 2005.

In case of any difficulties, we can draft the appeal for anyone needy, for that we need a copy of original application and reply given by Public Information Officer.  The same can be posted here and we will also post the draft of appeal here or at email of DRF.

Other members also please reply.

But we can work in English only.

Our email is shown with my 'id' here.  drf.india@gmail.com

As you have shown urgency on your initial post, we will not waste time and immediately send the draft just on preparation, same time.

Justice delayed is justice denied.

Madam,

Your question has no sense at all. Can any other person fight against your enemy in the court for the wrongs committed to you. That person can only assisst you not more than that.
