Mr.X have a Building.In that building was used as a rental property from 10 years by Mr.Y for given Advance. There was being only first 3 years written agreement. Then no written agreement because of trust on Mr. y.
Now Mr.x wanted the building for reconstruction to live with his family.
But Mr. y not go out from the building by pulling the time. Building have damaged between the 10 years by Mr. y. so here arising the question,
1. can use advance amount to damage when there's no written agreement?
2. is there any rights to get out the tenant(Mr. y)?
3. sent what should do by Mr.X?
