RERA ACT APPLICABILITY.

Is Rera is applicable in the state of telangana? if yes, are the existing agreements hold good? please clarfy.

RERA is applicable to all projects registered under RERA and it is applicable to all over India including Telangana. existing agreements are valid and enforceable and in case of delay in

RERA is applicable to all projects registered under RERA and it is applicable to all over India including Telangana. existing agreements are valid and enforceable and in case of delay in handing over possession the builder shall be liable to pay the damages on same rate as he would have demanded in case of delay in payment by the buyer.

Sir, in an article publishesd in Enadu news paper last week it was informed that no project in hyderabad is registered under RERA till date. When such is the case what is the position of the buyer of land along with a construction of building on it. Please clarify.

Is the project is under construction? Has the builder o rained OC? Details are required to be examined to suggest ways. Consult a lawyer with details.
