Quoting in a text book from website

Dear sir,

I am writing a text book on finance. I intend to quote (not more than one page) from website of Tata Steel as example.

I will mention the source of content in the book.

Is this enough as per the fair use provision under Indian Copyright Act,or a special permission from the company is required? Please suggest.

@Querist,

It's advisable to take permission from company. your purpose is not educational or for research purposes or private purposes,rather it is done with a profit-earning view. While taking permission,you must come out with clear terms and conditions set with the company.

It should be fair enough, as long as the contents are 100% correct, sources are mentioned.

Only problem could be, if the company name / business is projected or quoted wrongly.. In any case, there is nothing wrong to seek permission from the company.
