Question regarding mis-carriage

a mother in law knowing fully well that the child in her daughter in laws womb is dead, insists on keeping the dead fetus in her daughter in laws womb and does not let it be aborted, which ultimately puts her life in danger and she is admitted in the hospital in icu, which offence is the mother in law responsible under ipc?

1. Such commission of act restraining  the pregnant lady with a dead fetus in her womb  to visit the hospital to have such dead fetus aborted is deemed as wrong restraint ,  wrongful confinement  and host of other offences cited under  chapter 16 - Of offences affecting the human body - in that  matters relating to wrongful restraint and wrongful confinement - s. 339 to 344 of I.P.C.  and can also be deemed as attempt to murder u/s 307 I.P.C.
