i wanted to file a partition suit to get some share of the ancestral properties that my dad is expected to get...these are my grandhfather's properties and there is no will written as such...dad expired 4 yrs back...lawyers is advising us to have the case filed by my mother so that it will more strong..but my mother is old and am little concerned if she will be able to go to court each time when hearing comes.. so,please let me know, is it required for my mother to go to court each time n person on partition suit cases or can i have the case filed by me..
