Hi All,
I had filed a 498a case on my husband, who has stolen everything from my house and residing elsewhere which is not known to me.
However, he has come to the police station after 3 months with a bail order. The bail order doesnt have his phone number or any such details, and address is the permanent address, where he is currently not residing. In that case, the bail itself can be invalidateD? I would like to question the judge on what basis has he granted the bail. Is there a provision to do so? If so, then how. ALso, can this bail be cancelled if i file something against it?
