Hello,
Quashing is failed in HC and is it possible to get the Speedy trial from HC to finish the case in lower court in 3 months..?
MY Grandmother is A5...so is it possible for A5 to file a speedy trial petition in HC so Lower court will finish the case in 3months..?
Any suggestions are welcome

Yes, Speedy Trial is a right of every accuse as per Article 21 of Indian Constitution.
Please find the sample petition attached bellow. Please appear in-person(Without Advocate) and get it done.
Any accused can appear. To appear you need certified copy of FIR.
