We have a piece of land just behind our house, we have road through this land only.We are living their on that land for approx 50 years, that portion of land contains our trees.Now their on that land, one of our relatives have made original documents of that land by paying Lavi(lagaan).No one neither our Blood relatives nor other is helping us.They are saying by mouth that this land belongs to you, but no one comes in front.From past 3,4 years they are querelling with us.They have sold this land to other person.What legal actions can we do now.Please give your advice.I will be great thankful to you!
