Had a query regarding specific provisions of the CPC 1973, particularly under Order 11 Rule 15 & 16.
Is it mandatory to produce documents not relied on, on an application made by the petitioners under the same. The documents were merely referred to and the same are in possession with the defedants. Kindly advise on the same, along with authoritative case laws.
