Query regarding home loan

I have Plot at Utterpara Municipal Area and My Plan is sanction. I have make a construction G+2 (Running) but due short fall of Fund I want to take Home Loan but My problem is that My plot is muted from BLLRO in my name along with BURGADAR wrongly as per Deed and the said BURGADAR is Dead 7 years before CAN I avail a Home LOAN if Yes please provide us details as per Law
