Hi,
my friend planning to buy a property in bangalore which is under BBMP limits.
He had gathered all the required documents like Mother deed, EC for past 15 years, Sale deed of owner with the previous owner .Owner has paid the BBMP taxes till date and other required docs present
owner who selling to my friend has purchased this house from other lady 15years back and this lady had purchased the same property from a GPA Holder as per their Sale deed .
Now the current owner doesnt have the GPA copy and he conveys that that GPA holder had sold the property w.r.t to his previous owner (that lady)
Note (This GPA copy was w.r.t (2 sale peridos back ) i.e 17 years back. Do i need to still worry about the missing GPA copy as per the very earlier Sale deeds ?? please advise
