Hi, I have almost finalized a resale property in Navi Mumbai. It is a 12.5 CIDCO property. I have received a few partial documents like cidco transfer note, sale agreement between the seller and previous owner.
Is it safe to buy a 12.5 property? What else needs to be looked at in detail or taken care of? Any issues foreseen?
