i need some cases in which the acqusition order has been set aside by the court on the ground of inadequate compensation.

See State of West Bengal Vs Bela Banerjee AIR 1954 SC 170 and P.Vajravelu Vs Specil deputy Collector AIR 1965 SC 1017: But special reference has to be made on Constitutional 4th amendment and Constitutional 25th Amendment to know the judicial progress in this area including the 44th Constitutional amendment.
