Query about enrollment as advocate

Sir, when I talk about my enrollment in Punjab and Haryana Bar Council. They told me you have to go Allahabad and take transfer certificate then you can enroll here. Sir, please guide me what should I do can I take new enrollment here or I have to go Allahabad. can I apply online for transfer my enrollment number here. Sir please suggest me can I enrolled in two states at a time.

If you're already enrolled as advocate in Allahabad Bar Council you need to get new enrollement done in Punjab And Haryana Bar Council, you can practice as advocate in courts anywhere in India including courts in Punjab And Haryana.
