My wife filed divorce under HMA 13(1)(1A) on basis of mental cruaelty , where as fact is i got one of picture of her with driver who used to drop my kids to school , picture is in compromising position , I am having SMS where i asked her father to provide her call log which they have not given.I am having recorded confestion of her father where he admitted that she cheated me.Now she want maintanance for herself.How can i prove picture is orignal?can recording of her fathers confesssion help to avoid maintanance.Can i file in my writtten staement prayer to court to get matter investigate by police and file FIR against both of them??Looking ahead for all your experts valuable comments.Thanks in advance
