Query

Hello,

can an individual purchase a private trust? If yes, then, what is the procedure that needs to be followed?

Am not aware of the procedure, hence request your help in this.

As per law a trust or property of trust can only be transferred to a trust only and no individual can purchase such property. But few precautions are required. Sidharth 9811776422

No it is not possible. A very tired and lengthy process. It is better that you get changed your name as per procedure prescribed and also give/ issue public notice in this regard and that should be enough.
