sir,actually case was filled by one member(X) ,and by using that collector was suspended the head of the member from school,and the management filled a case and got stay and court gave permission to continue his post.
later through department the member(x) tried to filled the case to remove the stay,court cancelled petition
and by using another person member(y) (x) filled the case,(though both person x and y fraud person ,this info also known by department & unions and we submitted along with proof so court given stay for us )
what the process to terminate the case as we shown proof to court also ...becoz its was running from 6 years..
