Sir/Madam,
My name is Anasua Ghosh Bag and I'm working in National Library for the past 4 yrs. Sir, now I have been appointed for the post of College Librarian by the West Bengal College Service Commission, application of which was made by me through proper channel. Sir , now my employer i.e. National Library is refusing to grant me Lien saying that West Bengal College Service Commission makes recruitment to the Govt. aided colleges of West Bengal and not purely Govt. Colleges.
Sir, Am I not elligible to get Lien from my employer? Are Govt aided colleges dnt come under Govt colleges of West Bengal? Please help me out.
