i want you to answer few questions and if possible, with latest judgments.
Q: whether a plaintiff is required to be present in his first examination? or his lawyer can say on his behalf? and can be the same allowed by the judge?
Q: whether in between the case, amendment of the plaint can be made which changes the nature of the case? (like in the first plaint plaintiff said no permission was given tothe defendant to construct a buliding on the land and after amendment he changed the above plaint by adding that the defendant was allowed only to construct a temporary structure). can the judge allow this or not? if allowed, then in what time period a petition can be made by the defendant?
Q:can High court, time bound the lower court to decide a case on plaintiff's request?
