Fact of the case

I. After the State PCS  prelims examination ,the candidates finding the gross anomalies and discrepancies in the examination  submmitted memorandum for redress the grievances to the State PSC to resolved before declaration of result.

II. The PCS declared the prelims result for mains examination, without answers key, cut-off and invitation of objection claims , and it wilfully ignored  the  genuine grievances of the  candidates.

III. After the pressure & ultimatum from Apex Student Union of the State , the State PCS declared 2nd revised which inclusion more candidates qualified for mains by citing human error, whereby  same grievances where placed by candidates ,which the Commission had ignored earlier  ,but still there are many unresolved anomalies occurred in the said examination which the Commission are reluctant to redress.

Now the Commission neither maintaining the transparency nor redress the genuine grievances, The candidates are going to  file Writ petition for quashing the PCS  examination in High Court.Furthermore, the aggrieved candidates feel that examination process was hastily and hurriedly conducted  with gross negligence.

The Commission is taking shelter as autonomous body presumed as expert body by the Court

I request learned persons kindly suggested any citation or give valuable opinion .

As suggested rightly, you can file a writ of mandamus u/Art. 226 Constitution of India before the High Court having jurisdiction to entertain your case.
