Quashing fir 498a

Respected Reders,

court granted anticipatory bail for 498a/406 & 3/4 DP act.(u/s 438 (2))

& quashing application already filed for false fir u/s 498a/406 & 3/04 DP act in high court.

Do I need to apply for the regular bail?

Anticipatory Bail is the best kind of bail for all criminal cases including 498 A DV and dowry cases. If you get this bail, then you will not have to spend a day in custody until the day when your case is finally decided.

Regular bail cannot be applied unless someone is in custody. Anticipatory & Regular can't be at same time. Anticipatory is valid till end of trial. Don't need anything else. Just keep monitoring, the bail order could be appealed also by state / opposite party.
