Quashing

Wife filed FIR under 498 A in the police station. After investigation the police submitted FR and closed the FIR stating that it was false. Now coming to know wife approached the court and converted the FIR into a Complaint Case. I am thinking of filing a quash petition before the High Court . For quashing, shall I have to make the STATE too as a party ( police submitted FR in my favour) or only wife should be made the party ? Kindly correct me.
