My wife has filed a complaint in Hyderabad session court stating that me and my family have harressed her for dowry and tried to kill her when she was here. She has attached XRay of her foot and claimed that we have attempted to murder by pressing her neck and her parents are eye witness for this. This so called crime which she has described has happened in Pune and FIR has been registered in Hyderabad PS on the order of Hyderabad court.
Can I file quash petitition in HC based on Jurisdiction? Can I file quash petition in Mumbai HC or it has to filed in Hyderabad HC only?
