Purchase of property from sale cum gpa holder

Respected Sir's/Madam's,

I need clarification in my issue where I am currently planning to buy a plot in hyderabad.Previous the land was agriculture land and later on they were converted to plots. As per documents verified by me, i found out that the seller has signed sale cum GPA (registered) with other 20 member on 28-7-2008. I am confused with the Supreme Court Verdict and unable to make a clear judgement in this issue. Should i proceed to purchase the plot and if yes then what are the future implications of sale cum GPA agreement.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have purchased a land from the GPA holder almost 10-15 years back and also we have converted into a sale deed in the year 2004 from the GPA holder, but now the main owner of the land is issued a notice stating that the land what we purchased is belongs to his grand father's property and as a grand son he has the every raits to aquire it. Kindly suggest how to go with this issue.

Best Regards

Thimmaraju
