Hiiii .... I am planning to Purchase 2 Guntha of Land in Pune , probably in Viman Nagar , Wanorwie or Khondva. Recently , i came to know that Purchase of Land Less then 5 guntha , has some governement rules and regulation. can anyone suggest me on this

The registration of lands with an extent of 5 Guntas or 0.10 cents can be registered subject to condition of the value should be adopted at site rate (though it is agricultural land) of the area as per Market value Guidelines issued by that State.
