Purchase of flat by minor ?? valid or not

GREETINGS

One Flat has been purchased by me when I was 16 yrs old and by my mother jointly

all the money for the same was paid by my mother alone, I didn't pay a penny

I misrepresented to Registrar of Property that I am 18 yrs old, whereas I was only 16 and the Document got registered

Now I want that My name should get canceled, deleted from that property as contract by minor are void ab inito

Please help me

I am my name to be canceled from that property Now I AM 30 yrs old

So you want to confirm that by misrepresentation you played a fraud upon govt. official and now after 14 years you want to rectify the fraud. Let the matter be burried because any excavation would cause trouble to you. You can relinguish your right in favourt of your mother or any other person. you can also make WILL to give the property or you can make sale also.
