I am planning to purchase flat. I have some queries about Agreement.
Can anyone provide me the agreement format so i can compare it with builder's aggreement.
What document requires from builder side?
I also want to know the Laws about to purchase flat.
Please reply ASAP ....

This agreement should be on Stamp paper?
if it is than which one RS 500 or other stamp paper?

Most of the builders do not allow to make any changes in the Agreement prepared by the builder . However you should take care about averments made therein. .If there is anything factually incorrect, you may point out the same to builder. You should also see that title of the builder is clear and marketable and that he has not raised any encumburance on the flat by taking Loan etc..
