Is This Right One Thing That is Given to me vehalf on my skills DL(Driving Licence) when once it is given to me that means a authorised. then what it means doing challan on DL. Some days ago m going to somewhere without helmet then officer cut my challan of helmet that is ok but next day when m going on my bike some other officer cut my challan of my helmet and driving licence. i asked him that my DL is under other challan but he says i have to wriiten your DL number on my challan book .
my Query is
Is Rules are really equal for everyone ???
even i asked him do my on the spot challan he refuse it by asking that he have to written my DL Number on challan paper . but when i asked him to show me other challan papers where the Dl number is Wrote . there are many challans where no driving number wriiten . i m asking about that Then he started argueing With me and said sign it otherwise i tick one another offenence.is this right ????????
If they done challan for DTO or Court Why Gov. gave them on the spot challan book ??
And please Police Is here to serve the peoples not harass them.
