Punishment for unintentional perjury

Suppose a woman files for divorce. And her lawyer makes her sign some blank documents which she does unwittingly. While proceeding with the case the lawyer mentions her status as unemployed. If the woman now obtains a NOC from her first lawyer and takes the services of a second one.

She did not make any monetary claims. But the opposite party files a suit of perjury against her. Can she be punished with imprisonment for this even when she had clearly stated her employement status to her lawyer? And if yes, is it bailable? How much can the quantum of sentence be?

Changing lawyer does not change your case, if u lied under oath in writing, and if perjury case has been filed, you go jail 7 years.

PERIOD.

Knowingly or Unknowingly if you hit another person while driving a car.

It is still an accident. But you may be prosecuted on those laws.

Or if you plan and murder a person by a knife or a gun then you go to jail but it comes under different law... based on Movies experience.
