Has any wife ever been prosecuted for perjury in DV/125 CrpC/498a cases?
My estranged wife has lied under oath in affidavit with DV petition. she is working and has stated that she does not have any source of income. I have legally tenable evidence that she is working.
Moving application under Crpc 340 is advisable? what are the implications?
