I wish to file public interest litigation incase of rising NPA due to suspected fraud incase of one of the bank. Is there any one to guide me how to proceeds? I have all the evidencies on my hand about the suspected fraud. More than Rs 500 crores public money involved and the bank management is trying to shield the culprits.
