Provision for the caste validity certificate

Dear Experts,  can anybody guide me , if the caste validity certificate for the sale & purchase of tribal land of 36 & 36 A in maharashtra state is necessary OR only catste certificate is sufficient ?

'Buyer Beware' applies to property deals.

It shall be appropriate to get proper legal opinion from a very able LOCAL senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property/civil/DRT matters and well versed with LOCAL applicable rules/laws and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt , before signing or making payment.

This may cost some FEE but can defend long term interest and hard earned monies.

One reason could be that at that time when tribal got lands, Caste Scrutiny Committee was not formed….

This should help to realise the need for proper legal opinion ......

In case of defects and disputes one lands up in courts of law and this is how courts adjuticate the matter.............

Cash/monies paid dispappear very fast.....

So one must prefer proper legal opinion and learn to defend and protect hard earned monies/principle ( mool) and avoid falling for interest (vapsi)
