Once !st lease termination noitce served to the Lessee and eviction suit is filed then 1st notice withdrawn by the lessor. again 2nd notice of termination served by the lessor and eviction suit is filed on the based of 1st termination of lease notice?
My question is it is maintainable or not
if yes and no. pls provide me some relevent judgment.
