In Indore, the corporation has started a drive to lay locking tiles on the footpaths specially in colonies. But in most of the colonies, people have grown greenary by acquiring 2-3 feet of the road which was announced by the coporation long back as permissible. now the corporation as well as the corporators are after such residents to remove the same as they would like to pave the fotpath with locking tiles. is there any protection, legally, available to the residents? this is happening at the cost of greenary for which the whole world is craving.
