The complainant is prosecuting the DV Case.  Therefore, the evidence of the complainant is called the prosecution evidence.

Thanks for replying... Sir in my case stage of case is prosecution evidence... Who has to show evidence? Complainant or to myself..

Complainant or his Counsel has to bring in documents and witnesses.     If Complainant or his Counsel shows sufficient resons for the inability of bringing them in, the Court may call for documents and send summons to witnesses.      The Court may do this suo motu too.
