Developer has raised their final bill payable against posession of property but refuses to arrange site vist to verify the work at site. In the past they had raisesd bills for stages not undertaken and we had to fight tooth and nail to reverse the intrest charges that had accrued on the bills that they had cancelled (as they had not constructed the property at the time of raising the construction linked bills).
Please advise on my legal standing as a customer on this issue.
