Sir, Is it the self acquired property or what ? Warm Regards Kapil Chandna Adv 9899011450

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     04 May 2015

The property bequeathed through Will by uncle will be the absolute property of the beneficiaries  once the Will beomes operative. Therefore the brothers and sisters of the deceased cannot claim any share in it provided the testator had valid title to the property bequeathed.
