Property transfer

My father owned property in Coop Housing Society in Mumbai. My mother is the nominee in Society records. My father expired in jan '19. I have been nominated as Executor of his Will. I now wish to sell the property and distribute the proceeds to the legal heirs. Request you to provide me a step-by-step guide on effecting the sale along with a list of all documents required to be given to/ received from the Society/ other parties to effect the sale.
