HI SIR,

I AM MADHU. MY HUSBAND FILED DIVORCE CASE ON ME. I HAVE 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. HE DOESNT HAVE JOB AND SAYS HE CANT GIVE ME ANYTHING AS FINAL SETTLEMENT. THEY HAVE LOTS OF PROPERTY BUT EVERYTHING IS UNDER HIS MOTHER'S NAME. SO TO WHAT EXTENT I CAN CLAIM AND WHAT RIGHTS DO MY DAUGHTER HAVE AND TILL WHAT AGE AND EXTENT. PLEASE HELP ME AND WHAT ALL CASES CAN BE FILED AGAINST HIM AND MAIN CULPRIT OF THE ISSUES IS MY MOTHER IN LAW. SHE IS GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE. WHAT CASE DO I PUT ON HER FOR HER TO BE ARRESTED WHATS NEEDED TO BE DONE.

frm ur posting, one thing is clear tht u want money and ur husband don't hv to offer. u wish ur mother give in lieau of your husband.
bt details of way of ownership of property is not cleared.
to decide whether u get the share, one may like to know way of ownership of each and every property your mil owned
