My father and his brother started a business 10 years back, however the business was registered only on 2 names with oral agreement that business is all 4 brothers property and my father has been looking into business for last 5 years.
Recently, there is a fight between brothers , my father has been fighting for registration of his share....but it is not happening..
My father and his brothers were never divided or partitioned legally, hence can we claim as a family property and file a partition suit?
