Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Ranjit Gupta, we are four brothers and one sister. My father is not alive, and mother is present.
we have joint business with my elder brother, My father bought so many property by my elder brother's name.
Now maximum property like land, building etc are on name of my elder brother. Now he is denied to share any property with me or my others brother. my doughter age is 29 years, I have money problem to do marriege of my doughter .
when I asking my elder brother to share property he show me court and say go to court and if you can then take from me.
please advice me what should I do, and IPC section regarding this matter to lodge a case to equal distribution of all property.
