Property rule under muslim law

Hello, I am writing on behalf of my family member (muslim widow aged 76). Following are the facts:

1) Husband purchases property in 1975 and builds a house in 5 years time.

2) Another floor (1st floor is constructed later on) and also sold to brother.

3) Husband dies with no children, no other wives, leaving only 1 wife.

4) Husband makes a will (which is registered) that all his properties should go to the lady. No one disputes and she is staying in her house with the car and other belongings. Also the land etc is transferred to her name and she is paying the land tax etc.

5) Is there any way brother or other relatives of her late husband can claim inheritance to this property and take a part away from her?

6) Can she make a will for whole of this property, and even if she makes a will, it will be  for only 1/3rd of the property and rest will go as per inheritance laws? Or can she make a trust deed or sell off her property or gift it?

Thanx in Advance
