Property rights

My Uncle has brought property from a lady who got that property from her parents through Panchayat division. she sold her property to my uncle in the year 1999. Now her son is creating a problem to take possession of property. The lady is alive & not helping us. Please suggest the legal terms involved

u can do the following:

file a suit in civil court for a declaratory decree. first step is to find out whose property it is and what are legal rights of individual parties.

aasuming the sale deed is registered n executed in favor of ur uncle if problem persists he can file a civil suit alleging interference with his easmentary rights of quiet enjoyment of property.

if theres anything else i will inform u

What do you mean by 'Panchayat Divivision'? Had your uncle purchased the property through a registerted deed?

If the ancestral has not divided the property through WILL then panchyat will divided equally to the dependants
