My Grandfather purchased some property . and Father had 2 brothers. My GrandFather died in 1999. and My father died in 2011. Since then my uncle was taking care of all property . We both family my father and Uncle are combined till now. During property survey in 2013 my uncle trasferred all properties in his name with no will.
My uncle died in Dec 2014 . Now i want to transfer all property with my name.
Will i eligible for that as i am son of My grandfather elder son. and My uncle has no childen.
Please suggest ?
