Property related query

Hi lawyers,

Looking out for your learned advice.

My grandmother who is now 82 yers old had 40 cents of land in her name which was self acquired, She has six children all married. long back she has given the entire property to one son of hers without consulting others under the belief that only he will take care during her old age. That son has sold part of the land to some third parties and have mortagaged the rest with the local bank and left the village with the entire money and hit is now more than 10 yers that his whereabouts are not known to anyone. My grandmother now do not have a proper place to stay or means to look after herself. She had apprached the lokadalat and said that her son took away everything and now she is left with nothing and have filed a petition to give back her land and dthe lokadalat have passed it in her favour. As a next step, 1. can she go ahead and issue a notice to the persons to vacate the place as the land belongs to her now?

2. can she sell it to any other third party to take care of herself?

3. what rights does the earlier buyer have in such a situation?

Could learned lawyers give your thoughts and advice on this.
