Sir,
I have flat already registered 2 years ago. Now it has been said by the developer that around 39 sq ft is extra which was not calculated at that time. Now if I have to pay that extra amount what would be the process? Any rectification of the existing Deed or completely new registration of that 39 Sq Ft. Please suggest.
