Property query

My wife took my son away from me.....my question is can my wife or son claim property of my mother as it is under my mother name only.....

Ancestral property cannot be claimed by descendants unless you die without making WILL. 

 

Please register a police complain against her in your local police station.

Please file petition u/s 144 CrPC in district court as there is a chance of obstruction, or danger to human life, health or safety if she file any false case.

Neither your wife nor your son can claim your mother's self acquired property irrespective of whether she is alive or after her demise.
