I am going to buy Property in Adarsh Nagar,New Delhi-110033(Near Adarsh Nagar Metro Station.)
The Property is 75 Sq. Yard Builder Floor with Stilt Parking and 4Floors(Upper Ground,First,Second & Fourth).
The Problem is that Builder said that Property didn't have any Approved Map,But he is proving me all Property Papersi.e, Chain of Property and Last Rgistry Documents.
Even No Nationalised Banks are ready to provide loan on that Property as its without MAP.
So kindly suggest do I require to buy that Property or not.
My problem is that might be property demolished later??
